Nowruz in Perth: A Celebration of Culture and Community

About The Festival

IranWA is proud to present the Nowruz Festival 2025, a vibrant and inclusive celebration of culture, community, and renewal. For the first time in Western Australia, this large-scale street festival will bring the spirit of Nowruz to the heart of Perth at Forest Place on March 22, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Nowruz, meaning "new day," marks the arrival of spring and has been celebrated for over 3,000 years. This joyous festival is not just for Iranians but is also observed by communities from Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Central Asia, and beyond. The festival celebrates this diversity, showcasing the richness of these cultures while inviting everyone in WA to experience the magic of Nowruz.
